Why did I write this book?
This is the book I wanted to read as a new instructional leader! Coaching to grow the language proficiency of multilingual learners is relatively new in the education world but in our current climate is much needed. This effort to widen the scope and invite all educators no matter their role into the work of supporting multilingual learners.
What's will you find in this book?
I believe that instructional leaders and coaches are resource providers. Theory is great but the practical side is key to growing students, particularly the language development of multilingual learners. To that end this book is filled with opportuities to reflect and receive resources to implement.
